Please note GA TARHEEL'S new “Stay to Play” policy.  If you are an out of town team traveling 60 miles you must book your room through our HOTEL LIASON: Vanita Vaswani at the Atlanta Marriott Norcross,  She will book your rooms at our HOST HOTEL: The Atlanta Marriott Norcross or one of our overflow properties. You will be sent email confirmation from the hotel liaison that your rooms are booked that will be required upon registration at the tournament site. The reasons for implementing the "Stay and Play" policy are to increase the amount of room nights available to teams and to help police the rates the hotels are offering.  By increasing the number of room nights actually used for the purpose of attending our events, GA will continue to guarantee the lowest group rates available through continual rate integrity checks (exclusions include single/king bedded rooms, employee rates, government rates, AAA and AARP rates). We are confident that you will have a fantastic time at our hotels.
